Cask-conditioned at the Royal Oak, Bath 16/07/09. I was enjoying the evneing too much att his point, so my notes are brief. A dark brown beer with a slight, off-white head. Aroma of drak fruit, brown sugar, a hint of rum and some roastiness. Flavour had some cereal up front, sweetish fruit, roasted malts and a decent bitter finish. A lot going on and pleasant for it.
