Bov (4744), Bienne, Switzerland Mar 10, 2002 pale yellow-white colour, big creamy head, perfumy, coriander aroma, grainy, acid notes, fresh, dry citrusy finish madsberg (4376), Bangalore, India Jul 2, 2004 Bottled: Hazy light golden coloured. White head. Sweet, yeasty and spicy aroma. Flavour has some coriander to it and is light citric and yeasty. Nothing special . Schroppfy (1741), Ohio, USA Aug 6, 2002 By far the palest Wit I’ve ever laid eyes on, and not too hazy either, so I can see right throught it. Weird! HUGE head. The aroma is nice, but the body is even lighter and fluffier than it should be for style, I think. Nice spices in the taste, with mostly pepper and a tad coriander and much reduced citrus components (well reduced orange peel, but perhaps increased lemonness). Interesting to say the least. Thanks again, Bov. -- Ahhh...OK, now the substantial yeast pour stiffens the body a bit. joergen (6814), Frederiksberg, Denmark Feb 22, 2007 Bottle.
Hazy yellow coloured with a white head.
Aroma of fruits, spices and citrus peel.
Flavour of fruits, spices, citrus peel and wheat. joss (3248), Garching b. München, Germany Oct 25, 2003 Updated: Aug 23, 20040.33l bottle
Very flowery (bergamotte) citric aroma.
Hazy pale yellow, fast fading white head.
Light pleasant flavors: Citrus and a bit spice, quite some perfumed notes on top of that - not that elegant really.
Whitebread and flower aftertaste. Quite lightbodied, a bit fizzy mouthfeel.
Was not the best member of the style - perhaps it was the best...
