Feb 16, 2005 Beautiful amber color; huge rocky head; persistent perlage. Malty aroma, mature, dry, with some old hops. A solid, malty Ale, with some malty fruitness, some sweetness, well bitter at the end; it’s a bit <i>tired</i> with some <i>Madeirization</i>, being probably 4 years old.

Cloudy amber. Butterscotch aroma. Sweet, malty and lightly roasty with notes of grass and oranges, and balanced hoppiness. Salty finish.

Jan 5, 2005 Bottle, best before 11/02/06. Hazy, light amber colour with creamy off-white head. Light hop, malt and fruit aroma. Sweet, malty and citrusy taste. Light bodied, foamy mouthfeel, with a slightly bitter finish. Quite good.

Oct 10, 2005 An amber beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with some fruits and spices, and so is the flavor where especially oranges and peach come out of the fruityness.
