Bottle I’ve been holding on to for about 6 years. Pours copper with a nice white head. Smells of ginger. dark fruit, caramel, some cherries, dough, some hints of clove and orange. Tastes of caramel, molasses, raisins, clove. Really enjoyable.

perfect looks, like a perfect triple but a bit darker. huge head, a big gush when I opened the bottle! Aroma is very yeasty, coriander, citrus, hops. Fruits and citrus are quite dominant. Taste is a bit surprising, it really hits you quite aggesively. Some liquerice on top of those hops and fruits, medium body, sweet and good taste. Some nuts deep in the aftertaste, dry finish, this is quite excellent and well balanced ..

(Bottled, BBE 09/2005, my last bottle :() Very hazy, orange color with a large, white head. Very fruity, citric, slightly yeasty and spicy, somewhat toffeeish-caramely aroma with a hint of alcohol. Fruity, semi-dry, orange-lemony flavor with grassy hopping. A tiny hint of alcohol in the finish. Medium-bodied, very refreshing and smooth palate with high but style-suiting carbonation. A very well-balanced and tasty, easily drinkable, triple-like brew with character. It’s really sad the brewery is gone :(
