Bottle, nice clear color with a white head. Suprisingly decent. As decent as a lager goes. Light malts, very little hop notes just a touch of metallic flavor. Not bad, but not great.

Brew pours a shiney copper color w/ minimal froth. Head retention is also minimal w/ minimal lacing. Aroma is strong w/ malts. Light to medium nectar w/ ample residual effers. It’s a malty brew w/ a nice crispness. The finish is bittered slightly w/ a crisp acidity.

Bottle from First Korean Market. Pours medium amber in color. Fairly malty aroma with a hint of caramel. Some roasted maltiness in the flavor, but also a bit lacking in the follow through. Decent beer.

Savannah, Ga. - Habersham Beverage Warehouse - 12 oz bottle. Nice dark orange to copper pour with a frothy, sticky white head. Hint of ripening vegetables in the aroma with a hint of toffee. Chewy flavor, some back end caramelly notes, ripening vegetables and black ppper. Much more flavorful and complex than I expected. Decently thick mouthfeel. Pleasantly surprised.

Light copper orange. Big-bubbled head faded fast. Light and watery with a big carbonation level. Malts were uneventful, with synthetic-tasting caramel and light pear. Bit of popcorn, too. Slight herbal bitterness in the finish built with time. Slightly drinkable, but boring. Some off-flavors of plastic and moldy nuts.

Had this in Makino Japanese restaurant in Vegas. Darker gold than the SuperDry (I had them side by side). Maltier and with a discernable hop character that is completely absent in the SuperDry. It is actually a very good beer!

Head is initially small, frothy, off-white, mostly diminishing. Body is medium amber. Aroma is lightly to moderately malty (grain, husks), lightly hoppy (flowers), light note of chemicals. Flavor is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, moderately bitter, husky, unclean. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Gets rapidly worse as it warms. Very husky tasting.

Bottled. Beer is a clear light-to-medium brown with a small, frothy, rapdily diminishing head. Knee-jerk reaction to the nose is that something isn’t right—I think it’s the malt: light notes of raw vegetal-husky toasted grain; Otherwise it’s hoppy with a moderate floral note; Yeasty with a trace of cellar; Light miscellaneous note of sherry/cardboard, candy sugar. The flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter with a short, trace bitter finish. Some oxidized retros. The body is light the texture is watery and the carbonation is lively.
