| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Nov 11, 2009 12 oz. bottle. Pours a crystal clear brilliant coppery gold with a moderate white head that quickly faded to a wide ring which lasted almost until the end and left partial lace. Meager aroma of malt and caramel. The flavor is malt and caramel with a bit of the grain coming through as well. Light hops bitterness at the finish. Frankly, this beer was better than I was expecting and is quite drinkable. shp555 (1688), Atlanta, Georgia, USA
