Aug 20, 2007 This Premium lager pours a deep orange gold color from a 12oz can. Medium sized white foamy head. Aroma is fruity and sweet, touch of pears and peaches. A medium bodied lager. Malts are fruity and sweet. Hops are slightly spicy. It’s a lager, but it has some flavor and body to it. Not your standard lager. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

Apr 13, 2009 Pours a crystal clear golden color with a white head. Aroma is nice pilsner malts, honey, some vanilla, a floral hint, and peppery hops. Flavor is honey, floral, and a bitter peppery finish.

Apr 11, 2007 Small white head. Deepish yellow body with some carbonation. Light acidic apple aroma with grassy notes. Acidic chalky apple-like taste with grainy notes. Dry straw aftertaste. Somewhat watery. Its OK, but Im not fond of this lager style. (0.35l can.)

Apr 30, 2007 Pours a light copper color with slightly off-white head. Very nice aroma - pears, green apples. Flavor is fruity, slightly sweet, bitter, vinious and buttery. Very full bodied for a lager. A little bit too fizzy though. Very good for this style.

Oct 10, 2007 Dinking canned Japanese Macro while watching "America’s Got Talent", I’ve reached a new low. I’m not sure how I’ve missed this one, I hauled a can back to the states for Beerguy101 and MWSF to try so now I guess it is my turn.
A medium to deep golden color, foamy eggshell white head. A sweet, slight fruit scent with a bit of cotton candy thrown in. Sweet flavor, flower nectar with a hint of cardamom. A short sweet follow. Certainly a step above the average macroswill most convenience stores offer but still not on par with most Japanese micros.

Apr 21, 2008 Can thanks to rayg1. Pours a light gold with a thick frothy white head. The aroma and taste are basically a strong malt. A ton of corn and some sweetness, but if I’m gonna have a lager I prefer this type which stresses a more natural malt flavor. Not bad at all.

Feb 1, 2007 Updated: Feb 20, 2007 Pours a nice golden colour with a medium fairly lasting bubbly white head. Aroma of malt and hops, slightly fruity, bit sourish. Flavour is malty with a little hoppiness. Short bitterish finish. Pretty ok beer. Thank you for the can Tori.

Jan 25, 2009 01.22.09 Can, 500ml on the Shinkansen on the way back to Tokyo from Kyoto. Pours gold, white head. Aroma is malty and skunky hoppy. Flavor is hoppy bitter and malty.
