From a twist cap 633 ml. brown bottle with a coded freshness on the shoulder of bottle, a short blurb on the front label. Poured a clear pale yellowish golden with a foamy white head that settled into a fine lacing. Aromas of grain husks, metallic as well, sweet rice malts with a subtle, light old grass hoppiness. Moderate carbonation overall, soft, soft, softly crisp and smooth light bodied mouthfeel. Bland tasting, sweet, almost tasteless, rice malts with a grain metallic malt twang, subtle hayish hops that have a soft bitterness, and a dry rice malt finish, pretty clean in it’s finish, o.k. drinkability, not a lager I would drink on a regular basis. I am in St. Louis on business and I just didn’t have the energy to go to restaurant for dinner tonight, so I went to the deli at Whole Foods for a light meal that I could take back to my hotel room, had this lager with a slightly off beat meal of sesame seed tofu, black thai rice and three pea stir fly, this beer didn’t get in the way of any of the food tastes. And yes, I paid too much for the deli items at Whole Foods.

This smells horrible! The aroma was so bad, I was ready to pour it out without taking one sip. I braved through the smell to find some extremely watered down brew. The taste is water like, but has none of the skunk associated with the smell. Definitely goes down easy.

absolutely nothing special here. Very bland flavor, with a bitter aftertaste including flavors of grass. color is of piss, and a little cloudy. The aroma reminds me of a crappy beer that has been strained through an old gym sock. Look elsewhere for good beer.

21.4 oz bottle. Poured piss yellow with lots of bubbles that disappeared lightning fast! Flavor can only be described using my Bloom County "Bill the Cat voice: "ACK! ACK! " It was pretty nasty stuff. Grassy water flavor was pretty much it flavorwise. It was almost completely FLAT. There was hardly any carbonation whatsoever. Zero aftertaste. Nothing here would ever make me crave the opportunity to try this beer again.

Very thin and watery, and has a sourness. Crisp and refreshing, finishes clean, however, there’s that grain-like sourness and smell. Simple masses brew.

Bottle. Minimal flavour. Dry body which is light suggesting cereals but they dont let any of that flavour in. Very little bitterness and zero hop flavour. Cold this is a slightly gassy thirst quencher which is terminally boring due to the lack of flavour.

(633 ml bottle: $2.39 at BevMo in La Jolla, CA) Blecht, paper products in liquid form. Only mildly sweet, not even a hint of hoppy bitterness, not really even a grainy flavor. It just tastes like cardboard. The beer’s aroma is very light grain, but it definitely smells less like paper than it tastes. Body is light and carbonation is ample, but without that clean lager taste, the beer just sits like a dead weight on the palate. The strong point of this beer is how nice it looks in a glass. Pale golden, super clear, unrelenting streams of rising carbonation bubbles, and a tall, white head, it doesn’t get much better than this. With better retention (it fades to a filmy layer), and more than a wisp of lacing, it would be perfect. So pour the beer into a nice glass, admire it’s beauty, then dump it down the sink because the flavor is awful, even when ice cold.
