Commercial Description:
Cask; Regular.
It’s our new light copper ale packed full of flavour. Refreshing and hoppy with Brewers Gold hops giving gorgeous aromas of tropical and lemony fruits. A terrific session ale.

Cask @ Woking Beer Festival 2009. Pours a copper colour, loads of hops in the aroma. The taste is all citrus fruits which leads to a dry sweet finish.

Got this in a bottle conditioned format. A good bright orange ale with a bubbly white head. The nose is full of thick, sweet satsuma and some toffee with a hint of cheese to it too. In the mouth it is odd. Iron, banana, a hint of hop. Dang that is weird. Sweet but not pleasant and with a subtle bitterness that makes your tongue stick to the roof of your mouth.

Cask in the rake. Alround rating: Pale on the sweetside of biscuity malt, lemon and grassy hop comes through and tries to balance but it is on the sweetside.

Cask at the Hobgoblin, Reading. Golden coloured with a thin cream head; honeyed aroma; soft and soapy mouthfeel with citrus fruit flavours - orange, grapefruit and tangerine; lingering bitterness to finish with some ginger and grapefruit notes. An excellent brew.
