Commercial Description:
Cask & Bottle conditioned;
Our Summer Special Ale, brewed in the Summer for those warmer days. Fresh, crisp, true to style with light carbonation and flowery hoppy notes. We do not cut any corners with this luscious light ale dominated by Cascade Hops from Oregon USA. This is a unique and very quaff-able Ale indeed.

(Bottle 50 cl) Very cloudy golden with a rough off-white head. Lovely citrusy nose. Light in body, lightly spicy and gingery with some maltiness and a whiff of citrus. A little flat. Subdued bitterness. 290608

Bottled at RBESG. Clear pale golden, brief head. Dry citric and grassy. Lovely light, grainy, vital, chewy malt character spiced with a good amount of citric and hay-like hops. Pleasant late bitterness. A wonderfully drinkable uncomplicated beer.

Cask. Orangish amber colour with small head. Aroma is quite yeasty with some hints of wood and some saltyness. Flavour is much the same along with grass and some herbs. Dry palate.
