Commercial Description:
Our Pride and Joy: This is our flagship “Bitter” that has less emphasis on bitter and more on fresh Oregon USA Cascade hop aroma. We achieve this by adding the hops in three stages by hand. Available in limited quantities as we hold back Posh Pooch and carefully mature it in the casks twice as long as our other ales to ensure the perfect pint. Yes, it takes longer to make and is more work, but pride is what we brew. Posh Pooch is available all year long in very select establishments and direct from the brewery in 5 litre mini casks and bottles.

Cask conditioned at The Woolpack, Banbury. Amber with white head. Hoppy, bittersweet beer, really good for a Sunday lunchtime session. Lemony tangy notes with a slightly fuller malt character. A very decent beer.

Cask at The Market Porter, London Bridge 1 May 08. Golden colored. A filmy head. Rich fruity aroma reminding me of chewing gum. Lovely fruity flavor with apricot dominating. Dry fruity bitterness. Very tasty!
