Nov 1, 2009 Sampled at the 13th Annual Knoxville Brewer’s Jam. Orange caramel with a white cover. Hoppy floral aroma. Taste is light caramel, very floral with a light bitterness.

Poured a hazy copper color with an average frothy white head that was mostly lasting and good lacing. Moderate sour citrus earthy aroma. Medium body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Medium bitter flavor with a medium bitter finish of moderate duration.
Solid brew.

Appearance: Amber with a smooth, white head.
Aroma: Faint, malty nose with some light spicy hops.
Taste: Good malt and hop balance here. Slight fruitiness and floral notes to go with light malt notes.
Palate: Medium-low carbonation with a medium-light mouthfeel. Medium, bitter finish.
Overall: A decent session beer.
Rebuy: Worth getting again.
