Sep 25, 2006 Rather odd interpretation of an O-fest. Pale gold, with a thin white head. Mellow grainy, bready aroma. Taste like, well, bread and pepper. On tap at the brewpub.

Oct 23, 2005 On tap at the Brewgrass Festival in Asheville, pours a pale, cloudy yellow. Tastes like the shell basket of peel-and-eat steamed shrimp. Not something I look for in a beer.
