Appearance: Hazy orange with a foamy, white head. Decent retention and great lacing.
Aroma: Slight pine notes, a little biscuit. Fairly straight forward.
Taste: Light biscuit notes from the malt side, Herbal, grass, and pine notes from the hops. Nice back bitterness.
Palate: Medium carbonation with a medium-light, dry mouthfeel.
Overall: This one seemed to have some alt characteristics to me. Still, a pretty decent brew.
Rebuy: If I happen to stop by the brewery I wouldn’t mind having another one of these. shp555 (1683), Atlanta, Georgia, USA

| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Oct 30, 2008 Near opaque dark orange with some light tan head. Not balanced at all. Sweet caramel malt and then just a single hop bitterness. But I don’t really care for this style. aracauna (2391), Georgia, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jul 10, 2008 This isn’t an IPA, but then the brewer does’t call it one. It should probably be listsed as American pale ale like it’t described in the description. Slighty toasted bread malt is balanced by a nice bitterness, but the aroma is a bit weak. beerguy101 (3938), Newark, California, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jun 3, 2008 This APA pours a light gold color from the tap at the brewpub. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is slightly bready some malt and hops. A medium to light bodied American Pale Ale. The malts are caramel and sweet. The hops are slightly citrusy. More of a mild English Pale Ale. Nice finish, but nowhere bitter enough for an APA, let alone an IPA. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter. craftbeerdesign (754), Alpharetta, Georgia, USA

Nice standard IPA that doesn’t offer anything special or spectacular, but does it’s job well... a clean, slightly hoppy and refreshing beer that goes great with the wonderful pizza this place puts out...
