On tap at Coxe Ave. location, 11/17/08. Pours hazy orange, with a fluffy white head. Bright hop aroma, like it might have been dry hopped or hop backed. There was enough malt in this one to show through all of the hops.

Light yellow pour. Floral perfume aroma. Intensely hopped fruity pebble flavor. Very bitter sweet finish. Not very well balanced.

22 oz bottle purchased at Riverside Beer Store in Chattanooga. Poured a clear yellow/gold with a thin, bubbly white head. The aroma was floral, with a bit of citrus also. Flavor was citrus with a decent malt balance and a bitter, resin finish. The palate was average, with a lingering bitter finish, a medium body, soft carbonation and a clean mouthfeel. This wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great.

Sampled at the 2008 Knoxville Brewers’ Jam. Yellow in the glass with a white head. Very subdue hoppy aroma. The flavor finds citrus hops with a malt backing. Light body, light bitterness, light overall.

Sampled at the 12th Annual Knoxville Brewer’s Jam. Clear straw yellow with a thin white head that settles quickly to a ring. Bready malty aromas. Some citrusy hops. Body is caramel with a nice lasting hop bitterness.

Draft at Brewgrass. Pours an amber beer with a big white head. Sweet pine grapefruit taste with a clean bitter taste. I was expecting more for some reason.
