Straw pale gold with sticky white lacing and a tiny cap of head. The aroma is very fresh & juicy with some bright C hops. The flavor is a little less pronounced but smooth & creamy. Finishes bittersweet with a dry mouth feel.

Draft sample at Knoxville Brew Jam. Poured a hazy amber color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate sour citrus aroma. Medium body with a slick texture. Medium bittersweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. My expectations where met.

This Scottish Ale pours a medium amber color from the tap at the brewpub. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is mild malts with some breadiness. A light bodied Scottish Ale. The malts are caramel and sweet, touch of smoke. The hops are earthy. It a really light bodied Scottish ale, but I guess it was brewed that way. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

Bottle shared by paul. Pours an orange copper body with a white head. Soapy, light pine with hints of pear. Caramel body not a great ipa.
