Rather similar to the Spire Whiter Shade of Pale that I tried just before. Not, perhaps, surprising as both have a proportion of wheat in the mash. More surprising that they both exhibited a strong lemon character when this one uses cascade and the Spire specifically excluded grapefruit hops. The end results were similar - clean, sharp and hoppy but a little short of complexity.

Pale yellow color, small white head, some lace. Sticky "toilet hoppy" aroma, some green apples. Harsh, lime-vegetably hoppy flavor. This tastes a bit like some Czech pilsners. Not very likeable.
