HogTownHarry (3273), Toronto (Harbourfront), Ontario, Canada Sep 25, 2008 On tap at The Jerusalem Tavern. Poured pale clear yellow with no head, and minimal bubbling (3-). Tart apple and white wine aroma, with a slight hint of vinegar. Quite a pleasant taste, light, crisp sweet apple with an admix of what seemed like ripe McIntosh apple skins, mid-dry, with some, but not much, alcohol. Slightly weak-bodied, slick and dryly astringent in the finish - a very nice drinkable cider (no ugly aftertaste). touchpink (8), Rupert, British Columbia, Canada does not count Aug 7, 2008 Consumed at THE CUCKFIELD in England. Very strong aroma of apples...much like apple pie. Sweet taste with a slightly bitter finish. Definetly worth a taste.
