Sweet apple malt aroma. Clear pale yellow colour with no head or lacing. Malt apple flavour. Fizzy palate.

Sep 25, 2008 On tap at The Jerusalem Tavern. Poured pale clear yellow with no head, and minimal bubbling (3-). Tart apple and white wine aroma, with a slight hint of vinegar. Quite a pleasant taste, light, crisp sweet apple with an admix of what seemed like ripe McIntosh apple skins, mid-dry, with some, but not much, alcohol. Slightly weak-bodied, slick and dryly astringent in the finish - a very nice drinkable cider (no ugly aftertaste).

Jul 8, 2008 Draught @ Kallion Poirotti, Helsinki. Pale yellow color, sweet and sour aroma of apples. The taste is fairly dry, with a touch of leather. A likable cider.
