A little apple in the aroma. Light yellow color. A very bubbly flavor. Sweet, with a hint of strength. This sticks a little bit at the back of the throat. Pretty good, but not great.

Very disappointed with this, a very one dimensional cider. Woody sour apple notes, a bit of cider vinegar. Vinous on the palate, and dry carbonation, leaves me with a bit of chalkiness on the palate.

Had this at Winking Lizard’s after seeing it on the menu, thinking they had no ciders on their menu. I must say I was very disappointed. Very plain, kind of boring really. Very oaky flavor to start, with a very weak semi sweet finish. Not something I will order again.
