Different than that of their Medium Cyder, this one is more along the lines of one should expect from an English Cider. Similar to their Medium offering, it has a classic sweet, crisp nose. Pour very pale with very few bubbles. The taste (as expected) is what sets it apart. Dry as the label tells you its going to be. Tasted deep in the back of the throat with a subtle alcohol hint. Taste finishes with vintage apples of old. For my dollar, I'd vote this to be just a little better than the medium.

Sep 14, 2008 A little apple in the aroma. Light yellow color. A very bubbly flavor. Sweet, with a hint of strength. This sticks a little bit at the back of the throat. Pretty good, but not great.

Aug 20, 2008 light yellow pour with a quick diminishing head . nice bubbly carbonation giving off a fizzy mouthfeel. faint apple aroma, similar in taste with a light tang to it. little sour and and fairly dry in teh end.

Aug 9, 2008 Very disappointed with this, a very one dimensional cider. Woody sour apple notes, a bit of cider vinegar. Vinous on the palate, and dry carbonation, leaves me with a bit of chalkiness on the palate.

Jul 22, 2008 Had this at Winking Lizard’s after seeing it on the menu, thinking they had no ciders on their menu. I must say I was very disappointed. Very plain, kind of boring really. Very oaky flavor to start, with a very weak semi sweet finish. Not something I will order again.
