Bottle enjoyed at Le Cave Du Vin in Cleveland. Clear champagne like pour with plenty of carbonation to match. Funky apple barn notes under the apple cider dominance in the aroma. Cider barn pressings kept coming to mind. Plenty of clean apple flavors with a touch of hard alcohol. Cinnamon and and a very enjoyable level of sweetness. Quenching and warming. Jen and I both enjoyed this.

Sampled from "Medium English Cider" bottle at State Line. The pour was standard color and bubbly appearance, wasn’t expecting much. The aroma was apples, light spices and mustiness. The flavor was apples, spices, some oak, and some farmhouse elements, the latter which were quite welcomed. I’m learning that I can dig some ciders if they have some musty funky notes in them. Mouthfeel was dry, smooth. Good stuff, and thanks to Robert for this tasting!

The aroma is like wild yeast and apples with a light funky and musty smell. The appearance is light gold with no head. The flavor is tart and sweet with some funkiness. The palate is think but OK for a cider. Average at best for a cider.

pours a simple apple juice clone ... very spritzy and extremely refreshing .. pure cider, a little champagne-y ... quite dry ... medium sweetness... pretty good..
