Bottle purchased somewhere in Chicago with my mentor, CMUBEERMAN, as the guide, (by the way, I have a bunch of ratings to enter thanks to CMUBEERMAN). Pours clear orange gold, bubbly head that quickly disappears. Aroma is apple and slight vinegar. Flavor is funky with some vinegar, but still has a crispy apple flavor. I like this because it’s not too sweet. This is way more drinkable than most of the ciders I’ve tasted.

Bottle, 500ml from Morrisons, Banbury. Pale greenish gold with no head. Reasonably well set up cider, quite basic apple with slightly earthy, farmy notes then a lingering sweetness. reasonable.

At $5.99 this was expensive so you would hope it would be good. And so it was. From the bottle it poured a very light yellow with a tiny head. Nose is of tart apples. Very fresh mouthfeel. Flavor is of course apples but there are some other kind of spicy flavors. Finish is tart and dry. A superior Cider.

bought a bottle, poured..tried another in the Cooler, then broke out of disgust... is very tart and sour, with just an underlying sweetness.. a whack cider! ..i couldn’t finish either bottle..
