A good quality ESB. A hint of sweet malts, but a bitter profile that is decent. Not the best, but still.

Amber with red hues, a foamy head and stringy lacing. Hints of husky malts and bitter hops. Bitter flavors lacking much malt character. Tingly mouth feel finishing bitter.

Sampled draught at Wet Dog Cafe/Pacific Rim, Astoria
Pale copper, nose of light fruit & hops, tart dry flavor with a watery finish. There’s nothing for me here.
