Dec 19, 2007 Draft at the brewpub. Something of wheat and perhaps banana for aroma. Light amber color with a beige head. Flavor is strong banana and clove. Bdy is medium; carbonationis spritzy. Finish is rather clean, dry and banana. Very good hefe. Don’t think it’s a witbier.
