dark red, whispy head, sweet aroma with some thing, bitter hop flavor on top of a malty base, some strange finish with a lingering bitter aftertaste

Jul 8, 2003 It has been a couple of years literally, but this was pretty tastey from what I remember. It was very drinkable, medium bodied, with a deep red amber accent and a falvor that was nutmeg, cinnamon and a little clove. A good beer to start your evening.

Dec 28, 2000 Nice ruby red color and nice bubbles. But that’s about it. Like most Beergarten beers, little to no head or lacing, featureless palate, fair drinkability.
