Jul 11, 2007 Bu à la brasserie, en fut (échatillon). Couleur thé glacée, mince collet. Arome de malte doux et de petits fruits, surtout des bleuets. Goût de malte fumé, et de fruits doux. Mieux que leur bière d’été!

Jul 10, 2007 Bottle poured clear ruby tinted amber color with moderate but unsustained creamy tan head. Mild hoppy aroma with gentle fruity sweetness. Flavor is pretty hoppy mellowed with fruit. I would never guessed this was a blueberry beer. Best of by 08/07. The carb was almost gone. I’d like to try a fresher batch. Not bad.

Jul 8, 2007 Excellent bouquet, although the fruit doesn’t truly shine through in the taste, though that’s not uncommon with blueberry beers, and this happens to be one of the better ones I’ve tried. Cognac-like colour and a promising fresh smell. Sourish, light and a bit minerally. Very dry and no aftertaste to speak of. Nice, but a bit bland.

Jul 7, 2007 Amber with full, floatsam head / Light nose / Light body with flavors of burnt sugar, blueberries (subdued), and cream / No discernable hops, dissapointing perhaps, but a very nice summer beer nonetheless.

Jul 4, 2007 Pours a rich nice amber color with a tiny white head. Smell and look is really nice actually. Smell is mostly of a very obvious blueberry, with little else. Just the tiniest touch of bitterness in the 1st taste, with a touch of sweetness and blueberry flavor following. A bit of malt taste is noticeable after it sits for a bit. Body is a touch watery unfortunately, and it has a short finish. Decent overall, and not a nauseatingly sweet fruit beer that makes it hard to finish or anything, but I wish it had a touch more oompf to it.

Jun 27, 2007 12 oz bottle at the Coney (6/3/07). Brandy ordered this beer and I had a taste. Very berry aroma. Golden color with a tinge of blue, not really though. Very, berry taste. Not bad, but not able to drink more than one. Not bad for the style, though.

Jun 25, 2007 Bottle. Pours a clear copper with a large off-white head that fades leaving good lacing. Aroma of blueberries, light spicy wheat, and light caramel. Taste is the same as aroma but light on the blueberries and a little to bitter. Medium mouthfeel with a good amount of carbonation. A good fruit beer but they should have left out the Target hops.

Jun 24, 2007 I love blueberries so this was a treat. Aroma was STRONG...and of blueberries no less. Pour was a light gold with a thin ring for a head with no lacing. Taste was like a very carbonated wheat beer with blue berries throughout. Very good fruit beer and I don’t usually like these.
