| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Apr 3, 2007 This beer is an exercise in dutiful restraint and good planning, or so it would seem. Deep orange body is slightly cloudy, clearing quickly. A tall white head fades fast, leaving but a hint of lacing. Aromas of blueberries, earthy and only semi-sweet, spring outward. Notes of caramel malt, fruit basket, dough all in light to moderate quantity. Flavor is nearly all blueberry, though it’s light and refreshing. A touch of bitterness encompasses the sweet but crisp malt. Finishes soft and long, blueberry pancake batter lingering on. Palate is light and without a hint of syrup, a surprise. Light and lively, even refreshing. Apparently, Maine blueberries are well suited for brewing escapades. Not bad at all, a good take on a typically unstimulating style. The base beer appears to be quality as well. jonwayne4883 (401), Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Mar 16, 2007 12oz bottle. The color is of amber malt, but as you look closer at it you’ll find a slight red tint in it. decent cascading carbonation and a white head. Heavy aroma of BLUEBEERIES. Flavor is much better than what I expected. Crisp malts with a flavorful, fresh berry finish. It is of Fresh Berries, not some kind of extract that has been added. not sweet, nicely balanced, light bodied. WSSmiles (124), Columbus, Ohio, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Mar 13, 2007 Bottle: Poured a amber body with a small head, that was off white with a hint of blue. The smell was full of blueberry. Flavor not so much howevertoo much for my taste. Although I haven’t had that many flavored beers this one wasn’t the worst. carboloader (325), Houston, Texas, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Mar 12, 2007 Picked this one up without knowing anything about it. From bottle. Pours dark amber with some carbonation bubbles. Medium sized foamy head, fades quickly. Aroma is fruity -- like berries. I was afraid it would be too sweet for me, but it’s not sweet at all. Delicious actually. Quite refreshing -- slight hop flavor with balanced malt, and subtle hints of berries without being sweet. I would love to be drinking this around a campfire in the high mountains. sirpsycho (355), Murrysville, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Mar 11, 2007 Bottle into glass. Vey slight blueberry aroma. Flavor was a nice amount of blueberry, doesn’t hit you hard like some others, just enough there for you to enjoy, but not get sick of. BeerVirgin72 (814), Pataskala, Ohio, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Mar 7, 2007 Poured from bottle. Clear amber, nice tan head. Aroma was very slight blueberries. I gotta be honest here. Flavor was very very little blueberries. Kind of a disappointment really. Tasted apples and malt with a slightly hoppy finish...This was a bit boring to me, and definitely not what I was expecting.
