I do like this beer! And it also looks really nice too, with a creamy white head. ruggedman (626), Portland, Maine, USA

Looks pretty nice in a glass dark brown with a thin white head that turns into a ring quickly. Flavor is where you’ll fall in love, this beer is fantastic. Molasses, chocolate, malt, and a slight hint of hops. Perfect balance for a porter. Great work Atlantic! Mouthfeel is perfect, creamy but not too creamy for a porter. This puppy is the real deal. Makes the anchor porter i had a few days back look like swill. spikee (96), Providence, Rhode Island, USA

Subtle carbonation that rolls quickly down the throat. Palate is full and complex, with unmistakeable tastes of burnt french roast coffee, chocolate and malt. I really enjoyed this beer! smaynard6000 (67), New Castle, Pennsylvania, USA

Has a very rich coffee flavor with nice mouthfeel. This is a very nice porter. Perm (151), Tryon, North Carolina, USA

Chocolatey, excellent balance. Gusler (2655), Tucson, Arizona, USA

The beer a deep brown to black, the head gigantean in size, creamy in texture and a beauteous light chocolate in color. The aroma of lightly toasted grains, coffee, and sweet malt make up this treat to the schnozzle, with the start sweet and thickly malt, the top is rich and full in its feel to the palate. Finish is a tad tart, the acidity moderate and the hops delightful in their spiciness and the aftertaste quire dry and lingering.

I have a friend that makes homebrew similar to this and both are stunning. This was a beer with medium bitterness, and a hint of fruit and spice in it. A very graceful beer. Definitely worth a try.
