| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Jul 5, 2005 Aroma was ginger. It’s a unique flavored beer, but like the Atlantic Blueberry it’s just a bit too flavored with a bit too much ginger. It’s an interesting brew, but I personally wouldn’t drink more than one. skaughty (621), Marietta, Georgia, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 14/20 | Sep 29, 2004 Ginger Beer...the non-alcoholic version is one of my favorite potables. How does this compare...quite favorably.
The aroma of this amber wheat was moderate in strength and quite spicy. The taste was surprisingly balanced, with the ginger taking the place of hops. The spiciness in the finish was welcome and quite bearable. At the very least, it cleanses the palate for another beer. milewide (620), Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Jun 30, 2006 Fairly light amber color - hazy and cloudy. Aroma of tart citrus, grassy hops and a hint of spice. Flavor is of a typical dry wheat beer, with a hint of spice/ginger. Kind of a muddy flavor though - doesn’t really shine. lagermonkey (597), Marietta, Georgia, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Jul 26, 2006 Pours a hazy copper, sediment present in the glas, coating the bottom and floating around. Thin tan head with some light lacing. Smells of grassy malt, ginger and some yeasty fruitiness.
Taste is also that grassy malt backed with a solid ginger bite. I feared the ginger may overwheln the beer and the palate but happily that is not the case. Quite well balanced with the spice assisting not dominating the overall flavor. Crisp and light to medium bodies. An easy drinker as well. A pleasant surprise, would be nice on a cool spring evening. wcampbell (584), Central, South Carolina, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Feb 3, 2009 I thought this was surprisingly decent. Reasonably spicy and slightly different. Similar to a witbier, but not nearly as creamy or smooth. Lightly dry. Unfiltered, but not much sediment at all. Very drinkable. Strange aroma. HighlanderOne (546), Somewherein, New Jersey, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Jul 16, 2005 Aroma is OK. Comes across as a regular wheat beer until about half done, that’s when I noticed the ginger more in the flavor. Felt good and finished nicely.
