Jan 25, 2006 Orangey body with a thin white head. Aroma of ginger. Flavor is spicy ginger, but not particularly well crafted. Palate is light and refreshing. A good summer beer.

Jul 27, 2007 12oz bottle...variety case from Brewer’s Outlet...pours a cloudy orange (I made sure to get the sediment off the bottom), quickly dissipating off-white head...scents of floral and orange...taste of fruit (apricot?), spice, subtle ginger, and yeast...pretty easy drinking on a warm day...just OK.

The flavor is mellow with a little hoppy bitterness and ginger bite, and some sweet spice in the aftertaste. This could be bolder and more fun - it is primarily a mild wheat beer with unusual touches.

May 8, 2008 Bottle. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Aroma is sweet, light fruit, light ginger. Light body. Flavor is a little bit sweet with fruit and ginger noted. Not bad.

Apr 14, 2003 Strong ginger finish, and it is a bit overbearing. If you love ginger, you will love this beer. Generally, it is very full-flavored, and very pungent. Something plant-like in it as well. Kudos for being different!
