pours a semi cloudy pale yellow copper with no head. sweet ginger aroma, fizzy palate with smooth finish. light ginger with malt finish. refreshing, light, sessionable.

Jun 2, 2008 12oz bottle served in a lager glass. Pour looks like pond water, golden-brown with some foamy scum floating on top. I’m not so sure that what I taste is ginger, it reminds me of meat. I don’t know what else to say about this stuff except "stay away".

May 16, 2008 Hazy dark gold with a bright, light khaki head. The aroma is rich peaches and ginger. There is also a yeasty note. The taste has some nasty notes of old ginger that has sat on the counter. There is also a little bit of nasty cheap sponge cake, like the outside of a Twinkie, but without the filling. Pretty nasty.

May 11, 2008 It pours an opaque orange-amber with a fairly thick off-whitehead. Aroma is rich and malty with a strong undertone of orange. Flavor is crisp and malty, somewhat citrus fruity, with just a whisper of hops. It goes down smoothly and is very refreshing and delightful.

May 8, 2008 Bottle. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Aroma is sweet, light fruit, light ginger. Light body. Flavor is a little bit sweet with fruit and ginger noted. Not bad.
