Hazy dark gold with a bright, light khaki head. The aroma is rich peaches and ginger. There is also a yeasty note. The taste has some nasty notes of old ginger that has sat on the counter. There is also a little bit of nasty cheap sponge cake, like the outside of a Twinkie, but without the filling. Pretty nasty.

Jul 17, 2008 12oz bottle. Aroma of spicey ginger and sweet. Dark golden body with thin head that went flat quickly. Chalky sweet spice flavor with some malty sweetener in the mix. Spicey cough syrup aftertaste left on palate. Need a glass of water.

Apparence: La couleur est blonde pâle avec une faible densité de bulle. Présence d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Léget goût de gingembre. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est mince avec une texture légèrement huileuse. Moyenne effervescence en bouche. Légère présence de gingembre en arrière goût. (Rating #1783)

Jun 2, 2008 12oz bottle served in a lager glass. Pour looks like pond water, golden-brown with some foamy scum floating on top. I’m not so sure that what I taste is ginger, it reminds me of meat. I don’t know what else to say about this stuff except "stay away".

May 13, 2008 Hmmm this is different stuff, you can really taste the ginger. I’m not sure if I want that flavor in my beer, definitely unique.
