Commercial Description:
This strongly hopped, crisp ale, is the clear choice for the hop enthusiast. We use pale, crystal, black and Munich malts, and a veritable boatload of Northdown bittering hops for this ale. Like the Ginger Wheat, it is quite popular in the warm weather, as hops yield a clean, crisp bitter that is rather refreshing.

Poured a opaque brown with rusty edges and a frothy slightly off white head. Aroma is mild, slightly grainy, slightly citrus with a faint touch of yeast. Flavor is nice, malty, crisp, grassy. Finish is bitter (obviously) with touches of orange, lemon. I would love this as a session beer. Refreshing and not overwhelming.

Bottle sampled. Pours copper with a decent size off-white head. Aroma of caramel malts, fruit, and floral. The flavor is sweet caramel, fruit, and a good amount of bitterness through out. good brew.

This ESB/Bitter pours a light brown color from a 22oz bottle. Small sized white foamy head. Aroma is malty and caramel, slightly earthy. A medium bodied ESB/Bitter. Malts are caramel and sweet. Hops are earthy and floral. Good balance. Lively carbonation. Nice beer, kind of standard bitter but very decent. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

An amber apperance. A caramel and raisin aroma. The taste is slighty bitter with a malty backbone. The flavor consisted of caramel, some citrus fruits, and raisins. Standard issue ESB but aright.

Dark amber color with a fairly large off white head. Citrus, grassy aroma some sweet malts. Taste is sweet with some dryness at end, not really any bitterness. Reminds me of Coopers Cave beers. Decent session beer.

Clear brown, nice sized beige head. Smells kind of like rye of pumpernickle toast, which is good. The flavor has these toasty, dark bread flavors mixed with a coffee-ish, smokey note. Tasty stuff, I enjoyed this more than I thought i would.

Appearance: Pours a clear copper body with a fluffy, off-white head. Smell: Pale malt aroma along with plenty of flowery hop notes. Taste: Light caramel flavor, maybe a little dry, unsweetened cocoa upfront. Hops are floral, perhaps even minty, and with a sudden jolt, the sharp hop bitterness begins to really dominate, asserting itself in a repelent sort of way. Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied with a moderate carbonation. Drinkability: Too one-sided with the hops; it could stand to benefit from some additional sweetness.
