Aroma is light acidic with a mild fruity note. Flavour is medium sweet with a growing herbal bitterness and mixed with a distinct spiced/berry note. Ends with a steadily increasing bitterness. Interesting yet it doesnt really aim at anything specific. Finish holds a mild lacto/brett note, talking to the people at the place that wasn’t intentional - works fine though. maxbeer (118), Italy
