Budwieser anyone? No real taste, no real mouthfeel. Would have given it a higher rating if it had cost me $0.20 or had come with Pringles, but for $3.50 I expected a beer I could taste. Inoffensive but uninteresting.

Survived on this shit in Panama for two reasons. One, it was 20 cents a bottle and two, it took my mind off the fact that all I was eating was rice and beans and spider eggs for four weeks. The best thing about this beer was that you could buy it in grocery stores taped to a can of Pringles. How funny is that? I guess if you want Pringles, youll want an atlas. Tastes like your average shitty lager, I liken it to Busch. No offense to my NASCAR fans, but it tastes like dump. Why is it only 3.8% alcohol?

(Can) Mmm... a taste of Panama - Thanks to my friend Luc! Though this beer wasn’t great , it certainly summed up nicely as a Central American CHAMPAGNE lager. Not for its abundance of taste but because it might be the most carbonated beer I have encountered. Its Headless with a light straw coloured body. As previously mentioned, Atlas is very very bubbly. The nose is full of sweet corn and wet cardboard. I found the texture to be dry and fizzy with a subtle flavour of malt. A fairly plain beer... but what did one expect?

A watery, ill-tasting, light yellow, carbonated drink. Only if there is nothing else and you are in Panama. I dont know why the Panamanians LOVE this stuff. La cerveza del campo. Would probably never have drank it if I did not live there.

Tastes like a non-alc malt beverage (sometimes) once again, inconsistent. One batch good, one sucks.

Canned. Very pale golden. Not much sign of malt or hops, it is just watery. But drinkable. In Panama.

Canned, brought home from Bordeaux. Golden amber coloured body with a steadily rising head. Actually it’s seriously conditioned. I’ve been drinking it for a while now and it hasn’t given up. Sweet, cheap, corn and grain aroma. Sweet, one-dimensional beer that fails to refresh, despite the instructions to serve extra cool.
