Bottle. Creamy white fair mostly deminishing head. Greenisch yellow colour. Bad slightly acetic aroma, with citrus notes. Moderate bitter flavor. Almost no hefe, more citrus notes. Watery palate. Bad beer.

Jul 7, 2008 Bottled, from Vinmonopolet, Bergen. Cloudy yellow coloured, dying white head. Strong citrus aroma, some wheat. Sweet and sour flavour, citrus again. Refreshing wheat beer, and imho more a Belgian than a German way.

Jul 2, 2008 RBESG2008: 33 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a collapsing white head. Dry wheaty aroma towards a light cardboard note. Flavour is initially sweet and wheaty. Light fruity and wheaty flavour following towards a mild fruity yeasty flavour. Ends with a nice fruity and light wheaty note.

Dec 1, 2007 Bottle. [ Thanks to Enjoyit ] Hazy / muddy medium yellow / orange color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, toasted, wheat, light to moderate yeasty, light banana / citurs, light sour - sweet yeast. Flavor is light to moderate sweet with a average to short duration. (Light sour sweet yeast taste). Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (011107)
