| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Oct 1, 2009 I liked it! Supried to see a rich brown color when poured from the bottle. | 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Oct 1, 2009 Light tan head with slight lacing. Copper in color with a light medium body (more to the medium). Caramel nose with caramel, syrup, with some roasted malt on mouth. Decently balanced while a little more on the sweet side than I would like for a Marzen. The finish leaves me with a butter oily feeling.
