Clear, dark amber with orange highlights, tan head with good retention and lace. Muted aroma, malt and grass. Initial impressions in the mouth are cidery, a little bit of grass. The malt backbone is drawn out, bitter, nutty, with a tea-like tannic astringency. Medium body and carbonation.

Bottle 355 ml, Appearance: Clear, dark brown brew with large, frothy, sea foam like head. Dark amber light see thru. Aroma: plain plumy sweetness with lighter hints, touch of brown sugar and fig. 6- Flavour/Palate: Medium bodied. Strange off - dried fruit bitterness with slight brown malts feel. Figs and bitter leaf on light base. Lacking life and harmony.

Bottle. Clear copper supporting a quickly dissipating dirty white head. Aroma must have been down the block because I only picked up the faintest trace of toasted malt. As expected, malt-dominated flavor but not consistent enough to ward off some funky adjunct-like notes. Watery texture and not much of a finish. Oddly, it’s still a drinkable beer but not a good Fest by a long shot.

(bottle - 12 oz) Amber color with a fizzy and puffy off-white head. Aroma is slightly sour and vinegary with hints of malt underneath. Flavor is sour and overly sweet and has a strange plastic taste to it. This can’t be the way it’s supposed to taste. It’s god awful.

Bottle. Grainy, phenolic, and vinegar sour aroma with caramel, molasses, toast, and sweet floral yeast. Translucent dark mahogany with an uncontrollably large beige head. Taste is bitter, sour, and sweet, basically a mishmash of vomity flavors in the style of a bad Saison, Rabbid Rabbit comes to mind. Infected, or just bad? Didn’t even try to finish.

Pours deep amber into a shaker. Fluffy off-white whipped cream head. Caramel aromas. Spry with a sourness that I don’t believe is intentional. Nasty lasting sour finish.

Has a nice hazy brown color. Has your average Oktoberfest malt scent to it. Not much head at all. One of the smoother tasting fest beers I’ve had. A pleasant experience.

Floral, sour citrus, and yeast aroma. Amber with enormous off-white head. Floral, sour fruit, and malty flavour notes. Watery, with medium bitter finish.
