The aroma and flavor are dominated by a worty sweetness with touches of caramel and a light earthy hopping that tries to temper it. The finish is sweet and has a last minute hit of lemon. Not too bad.

| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | May 10, 2007 Pour is a sick looking brown with a small white head. Aroma is in hiding with just some hints of caramel malts sneaking out and not much else. Flavor is a little better. Some malts and a stong bitterness. This is below par just in the fact that it is hard to detect what the brewer was going for here. nolankowal (854), Columbus, Ohio, USA
