Bottle... Hazy orange ale with a mid-sized, fluffy, off-white head. The nose shows signs of infection... biscuity, but also sharply acetic. Pungent flavor with light sweetness and mild bitterness. Medium-bodied with medium carbonation. Finishes very tart and tangy. Doesn’t seem oxidized, just "dirty." However, I pretty much like anything sour, so this one scores decently on my personal scale. If I rated by style, the score would be much lower.

Pours a mostly still pale bronze orange. Aroma of lightly sweet, fruity pale malt and a hint of tartness. Body starts very thin and over-attenuated with some grainy oxidized tartness toward a watery finish. Very blah and possibly infected.

Drinking from a bottle of Atwater Rost Amber Beer - Copper bodied with a quickly vanishing head, this has a lightly roasted, sweet malt aroma with some earthy hop scents. The flavor is caramel, a drop of vinegar, apples, and nuts. Strange interpretation of a Vienna.

Bottle from Beer Yard variety case. The pour is dark straw colored, not going toward bornw but rather in the deep coppery/straw realm., with a 1-finger white head. Aroma of hops, tart roasty malts, some fruit, and cabernet. The flavor is very tart, with some pale malts and maibocky fruits (apricots, pears). Medium to light palate, this one isn’t as dense or fruity as a maibock, but has a tart cabernet low level feel to it in flavor and palate.

This amber pours a light copper color from a 12 oz bottle. Small sized white foamy head. Aroma is caramel and toffee, touch of earthy and floral hops. A medium bodied amber. Malts are fruity and sweet. Hops are slightly floral and earthy. Kind of mild, kind of watery. Kind of a typical amber. Mouthfeel if thin. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is sweet.
