Commercial Description:
Our version of India Pale Ale. Brewed with European Malts and Northwest Hops and then generously Dry Hopped with Cascade Hops for a nice citrus finish. Truly a Salvation for all Hop Heads!

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a caramel-amber color with a small white head. The aroma was nutty malts and dry yet fruity hops. The flavor was bitter and tart with notes of floral and fruity hops. The finish was long bitter and tart.

Average - guess they ran out of hops. I expected more hops. More like an amber. Had it at Atwater.

Bottle. pretty thin, pours with a yellow, golden color. Soe metallic notes, almost seems more like a lager than an ale. Hops are not very pronounced, I think they are drowned out by some astringency. Not very good but drinkable with some spicy (Thai) food.

bottle. Pours a clear amber with a nice white head. Aroma of malt and piny hops, as well as grapefruit. Flavor is similar...but then....Boom! A metallic penny flavor. Really strong. Someone must have dumped at least $100 in pennies into the tank before quitting. Undrinkable.

Deep golden pour with a small creamy white head. Very light aroma of caramel and piny hops. Flavor is somewhat grassy, soapy and fairly sour, with just a hint of sweetness towards the finish. Palate is light, a bit watery but oily at the same time, and sweet and sour. Not bad, but very light and basic.

Beer Club. Nice pour and apperence with this one. Huge head. A little pale for an IPA. Nice aroma of hops. However the flavor was not great. More sour then bitter. Sourness huge around the tongue for a while which would of been fine how the sourness was not good. An ok beer. Below average IPA.

Pours out a light straw color with a small to medium slightly off white head. Aroma of grassy hops, slight citrus. Taste is some grassy hops with more of a pilsner after taste.
