| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Jul 4, 2007 Dirty murky dark orange, nice tan head, plenty of lacing. Aroma and flavor more pale ale than ipa. Decent citru and pine with huge amounts of toasted/caramel flavors. Full sticky mouthfeel. Pretty standard in general, would serve as a good starter ipa. | 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jun 23, 2007 6/07/2007: Atwater Salvation India Pale Ale pours a hazy honey color. The initial dense, foamy, off-white head produces foamy lacing and a lasting frothy crown. There isn’t too much in the aroma expect some sugary citrus candy. Likewise, the flavor is lacking a bit as the light toffee malt and mild citrus bitterness that is there are balanced to the point that they nearly cancel each other out altogether! The result is an uneventful and nearly boring beer! Even the average body (medium-light to medium ) and texture of the beer is so orginary that I almost didn’t realize that I was drinking anything. Atwater Salvation IPA is farily plain and really unexciting overall.

| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jun 20, 2007 12oz. Aroma of fruit and malt, lightly sweet and floral with some fainter herbal and lemon notes, gaining a faint Pine-Sol character. Clear light-medium golden color with a fine, lasting head. Flavor begins with a moderate-heavy amount of bitterness, subsiding thereafter and finishing with some juicy grapefruit and husky, grainy, lightly sweet maltiness. Perhaps some trace of the alcohol noted here as well. Palate is clean and gently astringent with a medium body. Fairly basic in design and structure. slimchill (783), Austin, Texas, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jun 3, 2007 Bottle. Cloudy yellow-orange with bubbly white head. NOse is cascades falling on the lemony side of citrus. Flavor is resiny hop bitterness withouth much depth. Palate is drinkable if somewhat biting. Uninspired.
