Commercial Description:
Our version of India Pale Ale. Brewed with European Malts and Northwest Hops and then generously Dry Hopped with Cascade Hops for a nice citrus finish. Truly a Salvation for all Hop Heads!

this IPA doesn’t really stand from other IPA in its design. The bitter is actually weak in its taste and aroma, the beer itself is highly fizzy. The hops are mostly grassy and piney style. its a thin beer.

Medium amber with a lot of head. Moderately hoppy, but there’s just something off here I can’t quite place. Finishes sweet. Just OK.

This is the IPA that turned me into a hophead. Probably not the best, but it will stand shoulder to shoulder with the best IPA’s around. The all important crystal malt to hop flavor/IBU balance is right on. The hop selection never leaves a bad impression. I would add more hop aroma but aroma is so persihable that its probably not worth it.

Bottle. Clear amber, with a massive four inch white head. Obvious streams of carbonation on the side of the glass. Fairly heavy hop aroma, with a bit of staleness. More malt than hops. In fact, the hops almost disappear behind the malt. Perhaps it’s the long voyage from Detroit.

Golden bodied pale, light to medium hops, this was not too hard to drink,, not much in the way of lasting flavor impression or anything, lots of head right away, open this bottle near a sink and be ready.

New in town. $8.49 a sixer at the Albertson’s on Waters and Dale Mabry. Aroma is citrusy hops, malt and a bit o’ biscuit. The body is a pale gold/yellow and holds a bubbly, but quite lasting, white head. Very light bodied fore. Medium to high bitterness with herbal, floral, grassy and citrus notes. Gets more bitter in the finish. Some sweet malt and hay/grainy notes. Okish.
