Commercial Description:
Our version of India Pale Ale. Brewed with European Malts and Northwest Hops and then generously Dry Hopped with Cascade Hops for a nice citrus finish. Truly a Salvation for all Hop Heads!

The aroma has some citrus hops (but not enough), bread like malt and yeast and toasted nuts. The appearance is light amber gold with a large four finger head that lasts and lasts. The flavor is like toasted bread with astringent hop butter spread on it. The palate is thin and the aftertaste bitter and tinny but not very citrusy or piney. Overall it’s a pretty good beer but has the wrong hop flavor for an American IPA.

Bottle. Orange pour with a white head. ARoma of floral hops and light pale malt. Flvaros of floral hops, witha light bitterness, some pale malt and a bit of booze. Bittersweet with more of an accent on the bitter.

From a 12 oz. bottle with a short blurb on the front label, no freshness date, sampled at cellar temperature in a pint glass. Poured a slightly hazy golden orange with a nice foamy, bubbly topped white head, decent retention, small amount of laced sticking. Aromas of citrus, sweetly floral, a light touch of pine, and softly malty. Medium carbonation and a crisp, dryish, creamy medium bodied mouthfeel. Tastes of toasted grains and sugary malts, a subtle sour citrus with a little earthy leafiness, towards the end the dry hopped Cascades kick in, giving this a sweet, juicy citrus flavor, and a dryish hoppy, sweet malty finish. Not bad, pleasant drinkability, an nice, slightly above average Great Lakes/Midwest IPA, if this was $2 cheaper a six pack, I might be a more regular buyer of this.

Pours a honey-orange with a huge, frothy white head. As the head recedes, it leaves mounds of creamy foam and incredible lacing in its wake. The nose is only mildly hoppy, but well balanced with buttery bread and sweet caramel. Prickly carbonation. The body is a bit more one-dimensional, noting piney hops resins and an orange rind bitterness. Good and drinkable, but a more complex malt profile in the body would be welcome.

Cloudy blond color. Not much aroma. No fruit in flavor---but a nice lingering bitterness that I liked.

Clear, light amber with a small white head. The aroma is bread, honey and herbal. The flavor is spicey herbal hops, bread dough and light caramel. Medium/light body with moderate carbonation and a slightly medicinal finish.

pours light amber with moderate off-white that retains well and laces some. aroma is biscuit and citrus with small spruce note behind. taste is citrus with a light biscuit behind that fades to a lightly sprucy finish. a little thin and more of an apa than ipa.

Tallahasse, Fl. - Alberton’s Liquor Store - 12 oz botle. Medium orange pour, thick, sticky white head with good lacing. Sprucey aroma with some minty accents. Heavily hopped grapefruity flavor with some caramel and nutty back end notes. Thickish, sticky mouthfeel. Very decent IPA - like what I see from this brewer thus far - a new entrant down here.
