Commercial Description:
Our version of India Pale Ale. Brewed with European Malts and Northwest Hops and then generously Dry Hopped with Cascade Hops for a nice citrus finish. Truly a Salvation for all Hop Heads!

Pours to a orange-yellow with medium thick off-white head that lingers well and leaves good lacing. Strangely enough, this beer had no perceptible nose or taste. Mouthfeel was full and fairly tingly, due to the hops, the finish pleasant, and it was smooth drinklng. Bbut again, it was hard to like of dislike too much. Kind of a ho-hum beer.

Fruity and malty aromas. Grape juice and berries. Golden orange body with off white smallish head. Flavor is dry and malty with a funky cardboard quality. Also getting the floaties and a slight rotten quality in the flavor but not super unpleasant, just doesn’t seem quite right for the style. Palate was ok - lightly creamy. Bitter buttery duration.

Pours a golden color, small white head with a ton of tiny floaties... ? Anyway, sweet, fruity aroma with a nice malt presence, not much in the way of hops. Again, more in the way of malts in the body than hops, odd for an IPA. Bitter finish, heavy for a pale ale, light for a late-decade American IPA.

so, i opened a bottle, and I’m pretty sure it’s contaminated...there’s tons of cloudiness, and waaay too much head. despite that, it’s not bad. lots of the standard ipa hoppiness, citrus, pine, etc, but also definitely butterscotch. not much to the aroma, but maybe that’s from it being an off-beer...kinda dry, but i wouldn’t say astringent. i’ll update if the rest are obviously different.

Pours golden, white head. Aroma is fruity. Taste, bitter hops, malty with light caramel notes, piney and some fruit touch. Not a bad IPA, but the aftertaste is rather weak and watery. I wa shoping fro something much better for a Midwest IPA, nicer and smoother hops with the nicer balance. Goose Island comes to mind.

Oh man. Girlfriend bought this one. Don’t be jealous that I get to choke down a few of these. Pours a dark orange with a thin, white head. Butterscotch aroma. Flavor is lightly bitter, but mostly fruity. Metallic. Just really isn’t that must of an IPA.

This beer was given to me as a leftover from a party and boy was I in for a surprise. The aroma was a bouquet of verdant sunny fields in mid summer. The initial sip of bitter acidity wasn’t a taste as much as a bursting of flavor which transformed with a swallow and a breathe into a delicious delicate impression of less intense bitter and a tiny hint of sweetness, everything a Pale Ale should be.

Pours a large creamy white head with excellent lacing. The body hue is dehydrated piss yellow. Zero malt aroma. Smells like a Belgium beer with hints of raisin, white grapes, apples and smells like champagne. The initial flavor is heavy mild bitter that is slightly strong. Middle flavor of sweet apple, champaign dry like, slightly spicy with a mellow sweet malt. It finises with the lingering initial bitter taste, but is a much smoother easy finish. No hints of alcohol. The body is medium with a dry texture and lively carbonation. Multiple flavors in this beer.
