Commercial Description:
Our version of India Pale Ale. Brewed with European Malts and Northwest Hops and then generously Dry Hopped with Cascade Hops for a nice citrus finish. Truly a Salvation for all Hop Heads!

Bottle from strykzone. Pours an amberish/gold color with a medium sized whitish head. Aromas of malt, honey, cider and some mild hops. Flavor is sweet and lacks any big IPA punch. It isn’t a horrible beer, just not a good representation of the style.

Clear golden pour with a thin white head. Aroma of caramel and hops. Average flavor of hops, caramel, bitterness in the end, after a while some butterscotch is felt. The body is medium and oily while the carbonation is soft. Boring.

Hazy amber with medium off-white head. Aroma of citrus hops, caramel and mild pine. Taste of citrus, caramel, pine and fruit. Semi-watery.

About the only thing about this beer worth mentioning, is that it looked good in the glass. Some hops, which is always good, but it finished with an empty flavor, if that makes sense.

12oz bottle. Pours light golden amber with nice and fluffy white head. Aroma is hops and malt with touch of citrus. Flavor is hops, pine, citurs and sweet malt. Malt profile did not match up well with hops. Balance was just not there. A shame as it looked the part out of the bottle.

Bottle from Vintage Cellar. Pours bright gold with a 7-finger head. Aroma is somewhat yeasty malt over resin and fruity hops. Medium plus body with very smooth, soft carbonation. Flavor is pine and citrus. The malt is rather subdued. A whole heck of non-harsh hop. Nice bitter finish. It’s like not all that bitter, but it’s all that bitter.

Pours a clear light amber with a small white head and some lacing. Aroma is lightly sweet malt with some grassy hops. Flavor is more hoppy with pine and citrus and a light malt backbone. Medium bodied, slick texture. Finishes surprisingly long and bitter.
