Our version of India Pale Ale. Brewed with European Malts and Northwest Hops and then generously Dry Hopped with Cascade Hops for a nice citrus finish. Truly a Salvation for all Hop Heads!

Bottle. Pours a light amber with a thick white head. Aroma is more malt than hops. Taste isn’t heavy hops, but a bit. Not bad, not great.

Pours golden but way overly carbonated. Very slight hop aroma. Bitter beer with little emphasis on hop flavor.

You can find this beer anywhere which is nice that it’s actually a decent IPA. I picked up a six pack in my local Grocery Chain at 11PM. Normally a difficult time to find any decent beer. Huge head on this one ; almost made a mess. Nice citrus and flowery hop taste. Good clean finish. I agree that the ratings are misleading for this one. Worth the 7.99 for a sixer.

Big fluffy white head atop a dark urine colored body, hazy with green, orange, gold showing. Yeast in bottom. Smells of yeast, apple and musty European hops; smells like a renaissance festival. Taste is sweet, apple, yeast, coriander, something between a belgian whie and an IPA. Dry and wet at the sametime, seltzer ending.

Bottle into Tulip glass. Glowing golden orange color with nice off-white head with pleasant lacing. Aroma was a tangy, citrusy, nose-tickling hops. Flavor was a hoppy bitterness on the palate, a light fruitiness on the tongue. Finish is a long, clinging bitterness. Somewhat unpleasantly thick on the mouth for some time afterwards. Maybe I just needed to brush my teeth again before drinking. Overall, not too bad, but I won’t really miss IPA’s once the hop shortage drys up the fascination with them.

Bottle. Clear pale orange color with large fluffy off white head. Light peach citrus aroma. The flavor was the same with tea notes in the finish. Massive lacing. This was better then the ratings suggest.

Copper in color......slightly hazy. Very thick white head. Fresh aroma with hints of fruit. Abrupt bitterness up front, with a somewhat sharp mouthfeel. Finishes dry with a few citrus notes.

Surprisingly mild for an IPA, especially an american made IPA. Faint hoppy smell, smells and tastes a little like mop&glow. Light and easy to drink. Don’t think i would ever have to try this again. Rusty piss color, like a darker bud. Not horrible, but not good either.
