Commercial Description:
Our version of India Pale Ale. Brewed with European Malts and Northwest Hops and then generously Dry Hopped with Cascade Hops for a nice citrus finish. Truly a Salvation for all Hop Heads!

Pours a dark amber color with a small pure white head that evaporates pretty damn fast. Very subtle flowery aroma to this one. Flavor is lightly hoppy with a crisp finish. Not bad, but I’ll keep my Great Lakes Commodore Perry, thank you very much.

Soft hop aroma, so soft you can’t tell the aroma hops are Cascade, more flowery then citrusy, taste is somewhat thin hop prevalent, more bittering hop then flavor hopvery dry. Somewhat average, but if it were available at a sporting event ,and all there was were macro’s,I’d happily take this

middle of the road for IPA’s. Poured a nice amber hue with a thick frothy white head that faded to a thin coating. Aroma was a mix of malt notes, more grain and corn like then citrus, and some bitter hops. Flavor seemed to be mainly hops, but there was that mild corn-like malt note in it. Finish was a mold dryness. The corn-like flavor ruined the beer in my opinion. I had one out of the bottle and it seemed to taste better.

Pours a deep golden color with a medium ivory colored head that dissipates steadily. Spotty lacing. Light pine and citrusy hops in the nose. Light-bodied and crisp with mildly bitter hops and citrus flavors. Some pale malt is present as well. The finish is short and mildly bitter with a light hoppy aftertaste. Overall this is a one-dimensional IPA that I would not bother with again.

About what I expected. Bottle with a hazy bright gold body and large bubbled white head. The aroma was grapefriut with some perfume and bread crust. The taste was light oranges with a chemical finish. A barely passable IPA.

Bottle from Beer Club: Poured a golden amber with lots of head. The aroma was that of fruit and pine. The flavor was rather dull with a little bit of hops and a slight pine taste. Overall, not the best IPA i have had.

Light golden color with a taller lasting off-white head. Light biscuit dough aromas with hints of citrus and minty hops. LIght caramel start. Middle has some has some rather sharp herbal hops that lead to some toasted malt that remind me of a quality czech pils. Just at the point between the finish and linger is this fantastic beer for me. The bitterness and citric qualities take over again in the linger and my mouth is covered with sticky bitter hops. For a second or two each quaff I am really enjoying this brew. The rest of the time is palatable.

Complex, yet unpleasant. Malty but bitter (in a bad way.) Not much citrus or pine, but instead just bitter without flavor. There were some other flavors going on, but they were all sour.
