Rastacouere (5196), Montréal, Quebec, Canada Apr 7, 2008 Objectively speaking:
341mL from Peluso. Bready, fruity porter with a pleasant yeastiness.
I like:
Not focusing on roast, but on its cerealic nature. Vanilla, chocolate and various dark fruits show up in a sweet, but easily drinkable medley. Soft bodied, gentle, light carbonation.
I dislike:
I’m pleasantly surprised. Not complex, but original and clean.
