Commercial Description:
C'est une bière de « table » titrant 2,5 % vol d'alcool. Elle est obtenue en rinçant les drèches de l'Augrenoise. Elle est très désaltérante. Nous la réservons, essentiellement, aux usagers des Projets St Alfred.

Beautiful pale golden body with a fine sparkle and a huge lasting white head; Excellent deep yet very fine nose, a light crisp elegance is followed by complex yeast aromas with ripe pear aromas bringing some fruit, very light and very elegant; Huge (perfect) Champagne like soft sparkle fills your mouth and the light crisp texture and the light crisp bitterness of the body fits perfect; It finishes long and crisp, the same fine and elegant aromas as in the nose continues and a very light and crisp both malt and hop bitterness finishes it all. Excellent, very well brewed (I guess a beer will always be when Jean.Marie Rock is on the sideline) and extremely drinkable beer!

Hazy yellow coloured beer with small white head. Fruity fresh aroma. Full palate bit wattery. Bitter yeasty ending, little herby touches.

Hazy white blond coloured beer with some very little carbonation and an average white head. Light herby aroma. Medium creamy palate. Finish is light bitter, some herby yeasty touches. Not bad.

This ale poured a yellow gold color from a 750ml bottle. Medium sized white foamy head. Aroma is sweet and fruity, cardboard and wet dog. Bottle hand carried from Belgium by Aspidites and shared at a tasting, and we will get him for that!! The words bad and horrid only begin to tell the tale of this beer. The notes will be short because it was hard to get enough of a sample to evaluate. Probably a bad bottle and horribly infected and oxidized, it was dank and must and sweet and chunky. Will be more than happy to rerate this one. Mouthfeel was full.

These guys should have paid ME to drink this. Just plain awful in every way possible. Aroma was like smelling the inside of a multi-vitamin bottle, dank, musty with an underlying stank of something you don’t want to know what it is. Huge chunks floating about. Oxidized to the nth degree and putrid. Perhaps this is what poison might taste like? AVOID. Too bad, this was hand delivered by aspidites from Belgium. Long way to go for crappola.

Gushing to fully hazy greyish yellow beer, like old pineapple juice. Fleeting head has a yellow shine. Citric, fresh, coriander, and lost of citrus fruit impressions in the nose. Watery taste, light apple and citrus flavours, vague worty. VERY light MF, obviously. Very refreshing, nice tablebeer. But of course, this is not the great artisanal explosion.
